- PAT testing is a mandatory legal requirement for all businesses, schools, hospitals, and other public-facing buildings. It involves inspecting the appliances for visible damage or defect and, in some instances, testing the items to ensure they are safe for use.
- Landlord Certificates are essential for landlords who want to prove that their properties are safe for tenants. The certificates validate that all electrical installations have been tested and are in good working condition.
- Electrical Condition Reports are detailed assessments of the electrical installation in a building, including a report on the condition of wiring, switches, sockets, and other
electrical components. - Fault Finding is a service that helps identify the root cause of any electrical issues so as to resolve and prevent incidents and hazards.
We advise all electrical fittings and systems should receive a thorough inspection at least once every five years or more frequently if required.
